THE SHOP Lady Luck Tattoo Gallery opened October 11, 2006 in Tempe , AZ. We are located at 961 E Guadalupe Rd on the Southeast corner of Rural and Guadalupe. Our artists consist of Tony, Josh, Paul, Scotty, and Jersey Jen. Our Vastly experienced staff of both male and female artists provides a wide range of creative styles to handle any artistic need. We utilize the highest standards for sterilization, and infection control procedures.
