Please fill out the form to the right and be as specific as possible about your tattoo idea. Please include:

*Approximate size dimensions (Example: 5inx9in)

*Placement on the body (Example: Inside of left bicep)

*Whether you would like it in color or black and grey

Once we have received your submission we will be in contact as soon as possible to get you scheduled with the artist of your preference.
All appointments are scheduled in person.
A deposit of $60-$100 is required to set an appointment.
